romper over the age of 4?

I love this romper!! I was inspired by cupcakes and cashmere's latest blog post. It is too cute!! Just one question...I found it at forever21.com and it is in the intimates section!! Does that stop me from wearing it out and about?? I'd only wear it in casual settings, maybe on a bike ride or to brunch. I'd pair it with some cute sandals, bangles, maybe a necklace? Oh...I think I may have talked myself into one :)

I truly cannot believe how incredibly talented Adam Lambert is!! He is an amazing singer and performer. I do not usually watch American Idol and happened to just start watching this season and absolutely love Adam!!

a "real" teacher

I am so excited!!! I will be subbing for the remainder of the school year in a 2nd grade classroom!! That's 4 weeks of subbing, including report cards, end of the year testing, open house and so much more!! I officially start next Tuesday and cannot wait!! :)

procrastination at its finest

truly my blog world friends...i am now a master procrastinator! i have two big papers to write by wednesday and have done some of them. and by some i mean not enough at all! i just don't have the motivation this close to the end of my credential program. i have full on senioritis! i want it to be summer!! i just want to...

• lounge by the pool and get tan
  
• sleep-in til noon
• read all the books piling up on my nightstand
• watch the summer blockbusters at the movie theater
• go to the gym again - its been months since there was enough time!
• see friends for brunch
• go on hikes
• go to the beach
• learn french!

ok, so maybe this list is more than just for summer,

but there are so many more fun things to do than write papers! :) like watch a movie - "you've got mail" and have a glass of wine

i love the scene when meg ryan is decorating the christmas tree and says she's "missing her mother so much she can hardly breathe". makes me cry every time and also call my mom! good thing tomorrow is mother's day so there's occasion for an extra hug, although an occasion is never needed...

here's hoping i get these papers written tomorrow!!

vacation

I wish it was me that was on vacation, but its my boyfriend, Chubs. He's in Europe right now with his family for his mom's 60th birthday. They are so lucky!! First they went to Ireland for about 10 days. I get e-mails from him almost everyday about how much fun they are having and how beautiful it is too.

Next Chubs is going off to London on his own. I would love to be there too...one day soon! :)
