1. I have 109 followers!! Woo-hoo!! So that means this week there will totally be a giveaway! But the question is, what to give away? What would you all like to see? Gift card? Jewelry? Stationery? Book? Let me know :)
2. Thank you all for your help with the last post about which color tote to purchase. I did purchase the cognac tote. I ordered it online, so I can't wait to see it! I think I'm still on the lookout for a cream and a grey tote now too, hehe...
3. There are only 14 days until I go back to work!! I have a couple of meeting days before the school year starts. I can't wait to get into my room and start setting up! As you all have seen from my previous classroom here, there's so much to do!! I'm excited for the new year and also totally having the nervous dreams before the school year, like loosing my class or not being prepared. So stressful...wonder if it will ever get better, maybe after a few years teaching? Nah, probably not!
4. This past weekend the boy and I went out to a couple different bbq/parties. I'll post pictures today, don't have the plug in for the camera. And I took an OOTD pic, my first one, so that'll be up too, exciting! :)
5. This Thursday my brother and I are going to Disneyland. We made reservations for the World of Color show. It's supposed to be amazing, so I can't wait.
6. I'm not doing that well on my July Resolutions. I've caught up with girlfriends, paid off that credit card and tried baking/cooking more this month too. And I still plan on getting my paperwork organized this week. I haven't been too good about exercising though :( I have only worked-out a handful of times. I just need to get into a routine, especially with school starting. Anyone have any tips about starting a workout routine? What works for you?

Love your classroom pics from last year! Teachers go back the 19th, but I may try to get in early. A part of me is sooo excited and th other part dreading it! Good luck!!
Glad you got the cognac tote! Gorgeous.
That color show looks amazing!
I wish I had great insights for a workout routine. I find what works best for me is to take it one week at a time. Each Sunday I write down what I plan to do each day and when I plan to do it (before work, after work, etc.) And I just stick to it. I've also learned not to committ to doing too much. I would always say I was going to work out twice in one day and then if I only got one workout in, I felt like I had failed - when really I had done something good. So I'm just setting realistic expectations.
Good luck with your list!
I think you made the right color choice for your tote...it's gorgeous!
I wish I had some words of wisdom on the whole working out thing, but I just make myself go 5 or 6 nights a week...my Catholic guilt sets in when I don't go. lol. Other than just telling myself I was going to get into a routine, I'm not really sure how I went about making workouts a habit. :-/ Good luck!!
What a fun-filled post! Great choice on the bag color :)
Again, love love love the bag.. And I must say Im uber jealous of your Disney trip!! Like beyond jealous!
Glad you bought the purse. I am ready to get back to school myself. I am so much more productive when I am busy. Have fun on your trip!
I love the pictures of your room from the previous year! I have my first classroom to set up soon - your room just gave me so much inspiration!! I also have that excited/nervous feeling.
As for workout routines, I have to do it first thing in the morning or I don't end up going at all. However, when I start teaching I know I'll have to make changes. I think I'm just going to pack a bag to keep in my car and head to the gym directly after the school day. Let us know if you come up with any strategies!
I'm totally with you on the workout resolution, though it's most definitely my hardest one. You know what has been working best for me? Jillian Michaels' dreaded 30 Day Shred. I kind of hate her/it, but it is SO hard and it totally works, and it only takes like 30 minutes. And you can do it in your living room. UGH! haha.
I start back school on the 5th...too soon! I have been working out most of the summer, but worry that when school gets back into gear I'll be too tired/busy to resume. I'm really going to try not to get out of the habit!
