Day 9 - Favorite Holiday Recipe
One of my favorites is new this year! I found this recipe for Nutella Marshmallow Pillow Pockets over at Meet the Sullivans. Doesn't it look delish!?!
Ingredients/Supplies
1 package puff pastry
2 pastry sheets
1 C Nutella
1 C mini marshmallows
Egg White Wash: 1 Egg white & 1 T water
powder sugar
2 tsp sugar
Steps:
1. Spread the pastry and cut into 8ths.
2. Spoon 2-3 tsp of Nutella on each
3. Add 7-8 mini marshmallows on each section
4. Fold pastry in half. Crimp edges
5. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sugar
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, follow the pastry directions
7. Sprinkle with powder sugar.
