11 in 2011 - Day 3 - Favorite Work-Out Tips


First off, thank you to all of you lovely bloggers for linking up!!  I have loved reading all of your posts so far :)  And I can't believe that I'm almost at 200 followers!!  I know that's in thanks to all of my new linky followers, can't wait to start reading some new blogs!


Day 3 - Favorite Work-Out Tips


{Keep it Fun!}
Whether you're bringing a friend to the gym or listening to a great upbeat song, it will help get you through any workout.


{Get Outside!}
Anytime I can I try to take advantage of a hiking trail or the beach to mix up the regular workout.


{Feel Confident}
I know this is hard to do at times, since some of the times we're not feeling out best when working out, but try!!  Try putting on a comfortable new workout top or making sure you're in a place, whether the gym or your own home, feel confident and comfortable when working out.  This can help to motivate you during those extra minutes of pushing at the end!

This sounds so bad, but I'm motivated by cute workout clothes. I figure if I spent the money on them, I should use them!

And if I'm planning to work out after work, I make sure to drink a lot of water between 4 and 5 p.m. - otherwise I get dehydrated and dizzy the moment I start exercising!
