Thank you to everyone for all the sweet wishes of luck and happy thoughts during my job search. I had an initial interview, a lesson demo and a day of interviews. All of that seemed to go well, although I haven't heard again for the final interview.
So keep those fingers crossed!! :) And even if this one opportunity doesn't work out, it's been an amazing experience for future teaching interviews.
Which leads me to this...I've been looking online for other types of jobs as well. I've been searching and applying for all kinds of jobs, non-profit organizations, companies that assist children, related educational jobs, event planning. I feel like I'm in a transition of sorts and even those its stressful and can make me a little crazy at times, I am excited to find out where I'm going next...

Good luck girl! I work as a school counselor, but have an hour commute, so I am looking for another job for next year. It's not easy right now, but I am sending good vibes your way.

transitions like that are definitely scary, I'm going through that right now actually. don't give up hope, you'll definitely find the right something, just be patient!
I've been thinking about you!! I can't wait to hear the final outcome...when I was looking for teaching jobs, I did the same thing looking for "other"s jobs in non-profit, event planning, TAP, etc...GOOD LUCK!!
