This past week I set out to make...spaghetti squash. Have you ever tried it?
It does look a little scary...
And it is a little hard to cut...
And once you do cut it open its a little weird inside like a pumpkin...
And it just cooks in water for an hour...
But when it comes out you scrap it with a fork and enjoy!
It was really yummy!! We'll totally be eating it again.

Mmm - this looks delicious. I would definitely incorporate this into my 50 new recipes this year, but my husband would refuse this. he hates squash (i love it!). maybe i'll cook two different dinners in one night! (prob not.)

My husb hates veggies but I've heard he won't even notice that this is one. This is on my "to make" list for sure!
That sounds delicious! Butternut squash ravioli is one of my all time favorite dishes, so I'm sure this would go over wonderfully as well!
