Cheese & Bacon Potato Skins

These are so easy to make!  Definitely try them for the next football game or tailgate.  I whipped them up this weekend while watching football.  So delish!!  

Makes 8 pieces

1 potato
shredded cheddar cheese
3 slices of bacon
1 T melted butter
salt & pepper

Bake the potato at 400 for 40 minutes.
Cook 3 pieces of bacon til crispy.
Cut the potato into 1/2 inch slices, approximately 8 total.
Drizzle on melted butter to each piece.
Salt & pepper to taste.
Top with cheese and bacon pieces.
Bake for 10 minutes on 400 or until cheese is melted.
